On the road again

As Willie Nelson said, after some time on the ranch, it’s time to get out and see some folks. Four stops in next three weeks. I’ll be climbing into the pickup and heading south for:

Oct 7, 10 a.m to 1 p.m., October Fest, Bath, Maine. Look for the Mustard Seed Bookstore. Should be a bunch of writers hanging out in this great Maine town. The whole town will be humming.

Oct. 11, 7 p.m., PRINT book shop, Portland, Maine.  I’ll be there with fellow authors William Andrews and Kate Flora. Fine writers and fine people. Come by and join the conversation—and support a great indie bookshop. READ LOCAL!!

Oct. 18, 5:30 p.m., Book Review bookshop, Falmouth, Maine. This is a chance to hang out with some great indie bookshop folks. New owner Clair Lygo loves books and loves her local clientele. There will be wine and cheese, so come by and catch up. Or meet new mystery-loving friends.

Oct. 21, 1 p.m., Barnes & Noble, Newington, N.H. (Portsmouth). I’ll be there with friends Kate Flora and Melissa Kim. Kate writes crime, true and otherwise. Melissa writes wonderful children’s books. They are delightful people and will carry the day. Come by and chat, by some books—signed, sealed, and delivered.
